Due our success and rapid expansion, we are now hiring several recruitment consultants to join our vibrant, work hard/play hard company.

We have 6 offices: Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Luxembourg, Frankfurt and Amsterdam. But now, we are looking for pioneers who will help us open a new devision in Ghent (first working a few months in Brussels).

A complete recruitment training is provided, so we do not require any experience in Sales, although it's preferable, just the envy and drive to become a successful salesperson and work experience 1-3years!

The job:

As a recruitment consultant you will be in charge of the recruitment cycle from A to Z. You will be given an intensive training and quickly become responsible for the following;

  • Business Development - Cold calling & warm calling clients
  • Understand the needs of the clients
  • Negotiation of our sales terms & conditions
  • Sourcing candidates from various ways (writing your own ads, social media , etc…)
  • Candidate qualifications for roles and reference checking
  • Managing candidates and clients through the end to end recruitment process


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Dutch)
  • Holding at least a bachelor's degree
