Our offer:
- Permanent contract with fixed salary of € 1700 net and salary increase after 6 months
- Unlimited commission - up to 32% of the fee

Your responsibilities:
- Build and maintain network of potential client and candidates
- Understand clients' needs in order to find the best profiles
- Manage a full-cycle recruiting process from placing job advertisements and conducting interviews with candidates to contract signature
- Ensure the best candidate experience and build long-term relationships with clients
Your Profile:
- You are native Dutch speaker with a good command of English
- You have a Bachelor/Master's degree or an outstanding motivation
- Ideally first experience in sales/recruiting
- Strong communication skills and ability to convince
